Diosdado Cabello: Sons of former presidents forgot their parents' crimes against the people

The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, asserted that the heirs of the presidents of the Fourth Republic who want to express their opinion on the political reality of the country ignore the crimes of their parents against the people.

“Virginia Betancourt Valverde, daughter of Rómulo Betancourt, one of the greatest murderers in the political history of Venezuela; Luisana Leoni Fernández, daughter of Raúl Leoni, who killed the most people during his term in office; Andrés Caldera, heir to the Venezuelan ruler when the student residences at the UCV were raided or Luis Fernando Herrera, son Luis Herrera Campins to whom he is attributed to the young people killed in Cantaura by State security agencies,” said Cabello.

The Chavista deputy, during the Con El Mazo Dando program, rejected that these descendants of former presidents ascribe authority to say how things should be done in the country.
