Diosdado Cabello: Territorialization of Government Management Empowers the People

The sectoral vice-president of Politics, Citizen Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, highlighted this Friday that the most powerful thing that the territorialization of government management has is the empowerment of the People through the Peace Quadrants of the Community Circuits.

In this regard, during the adaptation of the Peace Quadrants to the 204 Community Circuits of the state of Anzoátegui, he indicated that this is what has been done following the instructions of the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro.

He recalled that the pilot plan was carried out in the Sucre municipality of Miranda state, in Petare. “In February we went there with the President and started with the pilot plan for the Peace Quadrants (...) I think there are 90 (...) but from February to today, only one crime has occurred and it happened about two weeks after the start of the plan,” he said.

In this regard, he indicated that the case was a matter of revenge against a militant lady who was held responsible by the gangs for the implementation of the Peace Quadrants.

“But fortunately there are no bands left there, there are no bands left there, those were the laggards of the El Wilexis band, who were already in their last and decided to take the lady's life; but since then there have been no more crimes,” he said.
