Diosdado Cabello: Today the Peoples of the world are applauding Iran for its courage (+photos)

The Secretary General of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, highlighted the courage of the People and Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran in defending their sovereignty and integrity against the aggressions of Israeli Zionism.

“The world is here to see the genocide being committed by the Government of Israel. The whole world, the Peoples of the world, today see this and say as one of the peoples says: 'I'm not happy, but I get a little fresh', because justice is being done to those who called for impunity right now. That is why I believe that today the Peoples of the world are applauding Iran for its courage,” he said.

During his 531st Con El Mazo Dando program, he argued that Iran's self-defense action must be understood as the world's exhaustion of the world in the face of the excesses of Israeli Zionism in the Middle East, which has enjoyed the complicit silence of US imperialism and European governments.

“Today, the Government of Iran, making use of legitimate defense, defending its territory, defending its sky, when I say today is in the last few days, has given an answer (...) someone had to do that to give a straight answer to Zionism. Many, including the world's rulers, today are quietly celebrating that and they don't dare to say it because imperialism is watching them,” he said.

He pointed out that from Venezuela the Bolivarian Government has constantly raised its voice in condemnation of atrocious crimes committed by Israeli Zionism against the Palestinian People, because “we are free and independent and we feel free and independent.”

He warned of the consequences of the attempts of some countries to escalate this conflict by joining in the aggressions against Iran and called on them to reflect.

“Now there are some who want to threaten Iran, that's daring, because everyone who gets into that war is going to bring that war to their territory. No one thinks he's going to act with impunity, no, that 'I'm going to attack Iran from here because I'm 12,000 kilometers away', no, they must understand you're going to take that war there, for your territory, just in case it hasn't crossed the mind of those who are thinking about a world war,” he warned.

He argued that the meddling of another country in support of Israel would have the immediate response of powerful nations in the world that would join Iran to face this illegal action, thus breaking out a world war.

“It would be a terrible mistake to believe that the European Union (EU) is going to get into a war against Iran and then Iran will be alone in this battle. Whoever makes these calculations is either half wrong or that the United States is promoting a war in the world and believing that this is going to be like the second world war that took place there (Europe). It would be global! Leave the world alone,” he advised.

We have to be alert!

The vice-president of the sector for Politics, Public Security and Peace warned that, in the midst of this global environment of war escalation, opposition extremism seeks to perpetrate acts of violence in the face of the failure of their past actions that keep them mired in the oblivion and contempt of all Venezuelans.

We have to be alert! Popular intelligence, popular intelligence, popular intelligence because the internal enemy is wounded, no one can stop them right now and they are desperate and want to attract attention, they want to make themselves heard and they have no scruples of any kind,” he urged.

He recalled the recent arrests made against some leaders of opposition extremism who have revealed their terrorist plans to destabilize the country.

“What we have said here about the use of explosives, that's where they come from. Alert! When you see someone strange, when you see someone carrying something strange, report, call, communicate. They said they were going to attack hospitals. Who makes use of hospitals? Who is in hospitals every day? A mother with her little boy who takes him to the hospital, a man who goes to the hospital to be treated, and they have no shame or limits. They said they were going to attack embassies and why do they want to attack embassies? For the world to say that in Venezuela they attack even embassies, ” he said.

The full weight of justice!

The Minister for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace was also emphatic in warning of the Venezuelan State's determination to apply the Law against those who are part of these destabilizing plans against the peace and stability of the nation.

“We have a very powerful instrument, which is the Constitution and the law, and they are going to be brought to the order of justice, whoever we can grab,” he remarked while reiterating his call to be alert.

“Bare eye these days! We will do our part, that's why you see it that they live screaming saying 'poor thing they grabbed the human rights defender', Yes Lulu!” , called.

Palestine; a common cause!

On the conflict in the Middle East, he reiterated his call to condemn the aggressions of Israeli Zionism and the genocide being committed against the People of Palestine and called on the Peoples of the world to make Palestine a common cause.

“Palestine must be a common cause in the entire world,” he said and recalled that for more than seven decades Israeli Zionism has been violating the rights of Palestinians under the protective mantle of imperialism.

“This country was created by imperial interests and has been assassinating the Palestinian people and their leaders since the 1940s, stripping them of their territories, stripping them of their land and no one sees that, no one sees that,” he questioned.

In this regard, he ratified the support of the People and Government of Venezuela for the cause of Palestine. “Long live Palestine! Free Palestine with all its territory, with all its territory,” he exclaimed.

What happens to migrants is La Sayona's fault!

On the other hand, after reporting the arrival of a new flight of the Mission Back to the Homeland this Thursday from Mexico City, he recalled that the excesses that imperialism commits against Venezuelan migrants are a consequence of the campaign promoted by María Corina Machado.

“The governor of Florida ordered people there to join in looking for migrants. They're going to look for them in jobs, in churches, in schools. They don't care about the place at all. They're throwing them out of the workplace. Thanks to whom? To La Sayona and her band,” he said .

He asserted that all these xenophobic actions that violate international law were requested by Machado, who has also described this wave of persecution as an “intelligent” measure on the part of the US President, Donald Trump.

“La Sayona asked for all that and she also thanks Trump because that's the most intelligent thing she's ever seen, absolutely intelligent , absolutely strategic, she said it was that and she hasn't raised her voice, that's the way the miserable are, those who have a rotten spirit are like that, she hasn't raised her voice for migrants,” he reproached.
