Rodríguez recalled that on Monday, the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, activated the first transformation, “T number 1, which has to do with the transformation of the economic model and on Tuesday the 13 engines of the economy were installed and within those engines, there is the hydrocarbon engine.”
