Families from Charallave in Miranda state participated in the celebration of the beginning of Christmas

Charallave's family gathered in the square of Cristóbal Rojas Avenue to adorn and turn on the Christmas tree lights to the rhythm of bonuses, to begin the celebration of the holiday season.

“All together, the mayor's office team and all the families of Charallave are gathered here to celebrate the beginning of Christmas. We are very happy because this season is for strengthening unity and peace. Today we turned on Christmas for peace in Venezuela,” said the mayor of the municipality Cristóbal Rojas, Yuhismar Hernández.

This year's theme for the holiday season is “Prepare the Table”, a proposal from the Great Mission Viva Venezuela My Beloved Homeland, which vindicates the spiritual and cultural strength of Christmas traditions to celebrate the arrival of the Child Jesus.

For the youngest members of the house, the day included recreational activities, face painting, inflatable mattresses and trampolines. In addition, a group of parrandas played music for the enjoyment of all those present.
