FANB dismantled a drug camp and seized 42 kg of alleged marijuana in Amazonas

As part of Operation Bolivarian Shield Maroa 2025, officials of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), dismantled a Tancol type camp and seized 42 kg of suspected marijuana in the state of Amazonas.

Thanks to the immediate action of citizen security bodies, through two Mixed Rapid Combat Response Units (URRA), search, follow-up and tracing missions were carried out against terrorist groups that illegally crossed Venezuelan borders.

During this operation, a Tancol type logistics camp, used as an operations center by these criminal organizations, was detected and destroyed, according to the press release of the Ministry of People's Power for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace.

With this action, the Bolivarian Government reaffirms its status as a territory of peace, law and justice in the fight against organized crime.
