FANB seized 77 kilos of marijuana in Maracaibo

As part of the “Catatumbo Lightning 2025” operation, in the Idelfonso Vásquez parish, Maracaibo municipality, Zulia state, troops of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) managed to seize 77 kilos of alleged marijuana.

This was announced by the Ministry of People's Power for Internal Justice and Peace Relations (MPPRIJP), through its Telegram channel, in which it was detailed that the incident occurred “in a perfect popular, military and police fusion, the military officers apprehended a 39-year-old citizen in flagrante delicto, who had 150 wrappers of an alleged drug called marijuana seized”.

In the same way, two vehicles were seized in which drugs and other material of criminal interest were transported.
