FANB will accompany President Maduro in his swearing in before the AN on 10-E

Through the social network Instagram, the sectoral vice-president of Political Sovereignty, Security and Peace, Vladimir Padrino López, announced that the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) will accompany President Nicolás Maduro's inauguration before the National Assembly (AN) for the presidential term 2025-2031.

“We, the soldiers who witnessed the beautiful day of July 28, are aware of the great responsibility that it means to protect the decree of popular sovereignty,” he said.

He reaffirmed that the Voice of the People re-elected Nicolás Maduro as President of the Republic on July 28 and will be the one who will be sworn in before the AN on January 10.

Article 231 of the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela establishes that the candidate who wins the presidential elections must be sworn in before the AN on January 10 of his constitutional term.
