First Meeting of Investigators in the Field of Computer Crimes was held

At the National Experimental Security University (UNES) with coffee headquarters, the First Meeting of Researchers in the Field of Computer Crimes was held, said the director of the Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigations Corps (CICPC), Douglas Rico.

On his account on the social network Instagram, he explained that this meeting was held for two consecutive days, “where experts in the field of Computer Crimes from our institution and external experts provided important information on these events, updated modus operandi and strategies that cybercriminals are implementing, in order to attack crime decisively”.

The closing of this meeting was chaired by the Deputy Director General, C/G Jhonny Salazar; the Secretary General, C/G Mercy Bracho; the legal advisor, C/G Juan Pereira; the Director of the Criminalistics Unit, C/G Ruben Lugo and the Director of Property Crimes Investigations, C/G Luis Ollarves, accompanied by the heads and coordinators of the Divisions that make up the Directorate of Investigations of Crimes Against Crimes the Property.

He stated that it is expected to continue carrying out this type of activity, in order to generate a positive reach and the acquisition of new knowledge in the field of Computer Crimes.
