Five teenagers arrested for assaulting a classmate in El Hatillo

The Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, reported this Monday about the arrest of two young people who physically and verbally assaulted a 13-year-old colleague from the Juan Escalona School in El Hatillo, Miranda state.
The arrest originated after the release of a video showing a group of young students physically and verbally assaulting another schoolmate, so after the investigations, two 15-year-old girls were arrested to be charged with the crimes of preintentional homicide in degrees of frustration, violence and distress.
In this regard, it became known that, through Public Prosecutor's Office 117 of the Metropolitan Area of Caracas, these aggressors will be asked to take a measure of deprivation of liberty to be held in the José Gregorio Hernández Care Entity.”
Later, three accomplices of the aggressors were arrested and will be placed at the disposal of the Protection Council of the municipality of El Hatillo.
In addition to the imposition of measures such as: No rapprochement with the victim, Intimidation of parents to exercise parenting and care responsibilities, treatment and psychological approach in family counseling programs.
