The sector vice president of Communication and Culture, Freddy Ñáñez, stressed that the People “defend their symbols, their history and defend themselves against the narratives imposed by the digital platforms that have declared war on Venezuela and we saw those first wars last year on July 28.”
In this regard, during a meeting with popular
communicators in Petare, Miranda state, he mentioned that “this is the
only people that have been mobilized for 10 years and never get tired”, referring to the tireless
spirit of Venezuelans after the infamous decree
signed by the former President of the United States, Barack Obama, in which the nation
was identified as “an unusual and extraordinary threat”.
He indicated that this makes us reflect on what
must be done and built in a conscious way, to develop true communication
therapy that defeats platforms, algorithms.
“This people are resilient and intelligent,
facing difficulties and empowered in their environment, and that is the
conscience left by Commander Hugo Chávez and that has been enriched by the
president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro.
We don't fight in vain,” he added.
In addition, Ñáñez stressed that today's communicators are all those who have a cellular device in their hands, and mentioned that like the People, they also have the task of defending the truth and the sovereignty of the nation.
