Government of Anzoátegui delivered the first phase of roof waterproofing in La Lagunita urban planning

The governor of the state of Anzoátegui, Luis José Marcano, reported that the first phase of the roof waterproofing work has been completed in the La Lagunita residential complex, located in the community of Pueblo Viejo in the municipality of Píritu.
In this regard, Marcano specified that three of the seven towers that make up the residential complex were intervened, for the benefit of 27 families, and explained that the improvements include removal of the damaged layer, repair of slabs, construction of edges, waterproofing with asphalt mantle and application of paints to the roofs.
He added that by February 2025 they will deliver the improvements to the roofs of the four remaining towers.
