The Government of Miranda State, through the mayor's office of the Cristóbal Rojas municipality, held a day of comprehensive care dedicated to children with disabilities, in El Bosque Park, in Charallave.
In this regard, it was known that more than 346 infants were treated with the delivery of toys, dietary supplements and party favors full of candy to boys and girls registered with the National Council for People with Disabilities (CONAPDIS).
In addition, the children enjoyed various recreational and training activities, organized by the Council for the Law of Children and Adolescents (CMDNNA), including clowns, face painting, drawing and painting workshops, among others.
“Today we celebrate the arrival of the spirit of Christmas, and what better way to do that than by benefiting all these angels. I make a promise to them, no one will steal their right to be happy, we are in blessing, in health, and in victory,” said Mayor Humberto Marte.
He also announced that strategic resources are being allocated for the construction of a shelter for children with special conditions in the municipality. This new space will have all the necessary measures and requirements to offer them comfortable and efficient care.
“This is a huge project, a great responsibility that I take on, but I will not do it alone. I know that I have the support of Conapdis, the Council for the Rights of Children and Adolescents, and all the families of Charallave who dream of a city full of love for their children,” emphasized Marte.
