The Government of the state of Trujillo, delivered the rehabilitation of the Comprehensive Diagnostic Center (CDI) “Dr. Rafael Pérez Rueda” located in the municipality of Pampán.
The works included the waterproofing of more than 850 mtrs2, painting, air conditioning, lighting, sanitary rooms, operating rooms and everything necessary to provide an optimal quality service.
In this regard, it was learned that the entity's single health authority, Dr. Yadira Pereira, said that “this CDI will provide the main health services to the population of this municipality.”
The coordinator of the CDI, Dr. Maikel Nava, indicated that the health center “has 16 services with all its new equipment, including a life support room, Intensive Care Unit with 4 beds, observation with 6 beds, endoscopy, X-rays, operating rooms, dentistry, general consultation, laboratories, echosonograms and all the staff available to care for a population of 58,000 families in the jurisdiction and surrounding areas”.
