Governor Lacava: Carabobo has a high operational capacity in the security area

The governor of the state of Carabobo, Rafael Lacava, highlighted the fundamental role that Control Centers have played in the entity, since through these instances direct communication has been linked with the Community Circuits to keep them informed.

The statement was made in Valencia by Room G/J Jacinto Pérez Arcay at the headquarters of the Directorate of Public Security of the state of Carabobo, during the ceremony of awarding funds to the Security Agencies, led by the Sectorial Vice President of Policy, Public Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondon.

Lacava thanked the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, for providing the entity, “to continue increasing its operational capacity and the statistics say so, that in Carabobo there is a high operational capacity of our security forces.”

“Crime rates keep decreasing month by month because of this articulation, planning and vertical line that we have from his office,” he said.

In that regard, he asserted that “I am very satisfied with all the coordination we have with all the State Security Bodies.”

He recognized the fight against drug trafficking that has materialized in this country since the arrival of Diosdado Cabello to the Ministry of Internal Relations, Justice and Peace.

“With you at the helm as Minister, there are record numbers and figures in years, so drug traffickers, let the mafias know it, let the criminals know it, that whoever faces authority, whoever confronts the Venezuelan State will have a strong and convincing response, here in Venezuela you don't negotiate with choro, you don't negotiate with criminal gangs and you don't negotiate with drug traffickers,” he reiterated.

He also highlighted that the entity's police officers have a new clinic to address their health issues.

“We in the governor's office are fully ready to support this health facility in order to meet the needs of our officials, so starting today and with all our components and all our officials, we thank you minister,” stressed the regional president.
