The governor of the state of Zulia, Luis Caldera, provided funding to 156 community circuits of the entity for the projects selected in the First National Youth Consultation.

This initiative seeks to promote youth projects aimed at community development, sports, culture and entrepreneurship, which are supported by the Bolivarian Government of Zulia in coordination with the Federal Government Council, the Ministry of Popular Power for Youth, communes and social movements.

Caldera said that “here are the men and women of the gold generation, the young people of the neighborhood, the men and women of the New Homeland, who go out to repair sports facilities, to provide equipment, to rehabilitate cultural and recreational spaces, to finance young entrepreneurship.”

In addition, he stressed that all the documents for the transfer of resources were signed, thus guaranteeing institutional support to more than 150 community circuits that will now be able to execute their proposals.

The regional president reaffirmed that the construction of the Young Homeland is now a tangible reality and sent a message to the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro. “From Zulia we call him president Nicolás Maduro Moros: count on these your children, your nephews, but above all Bolivarians, from Urdaneta and Ana María Campos,” he said.

With this delivery, the state of Zulia is positioned as a spearhead in strengthening youth leadership, to promote the active participation of new generations in the country's social transformation.
