Guárico Government recovers ambulances and mobile ICU

A total of 19 ambulances were recovered, repowered and delivered to the Guárico Medical Care and Emergency System (SIAMEG), to significantly strengthen response capacity in the 15 municipalities of the region.

At an event held in the state capital, Governor Donald Donaire led the delivery and stressed that this provision marks the end of the first phase of a comprehensive ambulance rehabilitation plan .

According to the regional press, each vehicle underwent a complete overhaul, which included the installation of new rubbers and batteries, replacement of spark plugs and brake pads, and the repair of other essential components for optimal operation.

The regional president announced the immediate start of the second phase of the project, which will include repair, deep maintenance and set-up of 22 additional units.
