Head of State: Bolivarian Government advances towards a powerful and consolidated Venezuela

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, specified that the third product, to be debated at the Congress of the Bolivarian Historical Bloc, is the vision of 30 years, which “takes us to the 2054 scenario and the lines of structural progress for a powerful and consolidated Venezuela, within the framework of unified, free and independent Latin America and the Caribbean.”

“This is a great task,” he said at the Miraflores Palace, during a meeting with the coordinators of the Five Generations (5G) on the way to the Great Congress of the Bolivarian Historical Bloc for the 21st Century.

He highlighted the meaning of the Bolivarian Historical Bloc as a concept inspired by Antonio Gramsci and Hugo Chávez. “It's an integrated concept for building a new cultural, political and communicational hegemony, based on a new consciousness and new values,” he stressed.

He confirmed that three products will be addressed, first, the 7Q Plan, 2025-2031, “working on every line, based on the methodological concept of strategic planning of Hugo Chávez Frías, our Commander”, and a second product, which will help in the refounding of the State, one of justice, of direct democracy,

The head of state said that “this is the Historical Bloc that is defending the most just cause that has ever been defended on South American soil, the cause of the right to life and the future.”

For the purpose of the meeting, he stated: “The Steering and Organizing Committee of the Congress of the Historical Bloc of the Fatherland is installed in plenary and permanent work.”
