Head of State: Chávez was the reviver of Simon Bolivar's original ideology

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, commemorated this Monday the 50th anniversary of the graduation of the Eternal Commander, Hugo Chávez, from the Military Academy.
The head of state highlighted his figure as the resurrecter of Simon Bolivar's original ideology .
“Chávez was and will continue to be an honorable reference for talking about Bolivarianism. Chávez, who graduated as second lieutenant 50 years ago, what his figure does is grow over time,” he said.
In that vein, he pointed out that in the spirit of Bolívar, “he was resurrected in the corridors of this Military Academy, in the corridors of the Venezuelan Military Academies.”
