Head of State closes Conference on Colonialism, Neocolonialism and Territorial Dispossession of Western Imperialism

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, this Friday, October 03, leads the closing of the International Conference “Colonialism, Neocolonialism and the Territorial Dispossessions of Western Imperialism”.

The closing ceremony that takes place in the Yellow House, headquarters of the Foreign Ministry of the Republic of Venezuela, serves as a platform for the debate and the condemnation of hegemonic structures that threaten the sovereignty of nations in the current geopolitical context.

The Head of State, accompanied by the First Combatant of the Republic, Cilia Flores, was received on the spot by the Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, the Minister of People's Power for Foreign Affairs, Yván Gil, and the Prime Minister of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Ralph Gonsalves.


The Conference was attended by representatives from 57 countries, whose purpose is to advance in building a path to unity, sovereignty, full independence and dignity for all.

Likewise, the establishment of concrete lines of action around the transformation of the international system into a multipolar one and moving towards the historical justice of our Peoples.
