Head of State on the Homeland Plan: It's the perfect azimuth for navigating calm waters or storms

The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, stressed that the Plan for the Homeland of the Seven Transformations (7T) “is the perfect azimuth” to face any situation that may arise in the country.

“I didn't exaggerate when I say that this Plan for the Homeland; made with millions of men and women in our country, in schools, neighborhoods, barracks, universities, factories, fields, elaborated as a synthesis of all the nation's plans discussed over 26 years, taking our deep roots of combat over five centuries; this Plan for the Homeland of the Great Transformations 2025-2031 is the perfect azimuth for navigating whatever we have to sail, in calm and calm waters or in storms like we have learned to sail,” said the Head of State.

During the opening ceremony of the 2025-2026 academic year of the Bolivarian Military University of Venezuela (UMBV), the Dignitary stressed that “we are better helmsmen while the storm is stronger, because it gives us more strength to lead a country that has the right to reach safe haven forever.”
