Head of State reopens CDI Urbano Araujo Timotes in Mérida

This Wednesday, July 9th, the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, on a national channel and through a contact with the governor of the state of Mérida, Arnaldo Sánchez, reinaugurated the Araujo Timotes Urban Comprehensive Diagnostic Center in Mérida.

“With great joy, hand in hand with popular power, today we reinaugurate this beautiful CDI that bears the name of a herbatero that served many inhabitants of the town of Timotes (...) There are 45 pieces of equipment, materials and improvements that we have received from the entire National Government team,” said Sánchez.

9750 families in this area will benefit from specialized medical services with 61 professionals. “In Mérida, of the 18 CDIs, 11 are already fully equipped with high-tech equipment for the benefit of our people,” said the governor.
