Head of State urged communities to take action for the Fourth Popular Consultation campaign

This Thursday, November 06, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, urged communities to prepare for the electoral campaign on the occasion of the Fourth National Popular Consultation 2025, to be held next Sunday, November 23.

“Each community has seven candidates, seven projects to benefit the entire community. Girls and boys between now and November 23, who take to the streets, to the avenues, house to house, in all the communes and communal circuits,” he said.

This was expressed in the framework of Thursday of Community Power, in the Parque Caiza Rural Tourist District, in the state of Miranda, where he led a working day to monitor the progress that has been made in the community and the development of community projects.

“You, the simple men and women, are ready to call on your neighbors to participate massively on November 23,” he said.

The head of state reiterated that “participate in the elections of direct democracy, popular elections, community elections, the fourth Consultation of the year 2025, so that you can choose your two projects, so that the community continues to build its present and continues to project the future”.

He reaffirmed that Popular Power cannot be subordinated or conditioned by those who hold public office, since the popular movement must remain free, autonomous, rebellious and sovereign, as a genuine expression of the will of the People.
