Head of State: We have been active in re-establishing services in states affected by the rains

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, emphasized that the Bolivarian Government continues to be deployed and active in responding to emergencies and re-establishing services of all kinds in full support of the people of the states affected by the intense rains recorded in recent weeks.

“We have been deployed in states that have been affected by the rains. Covering all areas, ensuring that nothing is missing. In the perfect popular, military and police union,” he said.

The statement was made from the Mukumbarí Cable Car System, Mérida state, where he led the launch of the Great Mother Earth Venezuela Mission, and made contact with the Cayman Curve in the La Cruz de Mucurubá sector, on the Transandine highway, in the Rangel municipality of this entity, when addressing an overview of the effects caused by rains.

He specified that this is one of the 82 fronts of work, which “we have in the recovery and care map of the entire state of Mérida, in real time, and where “the pace is restored”.
