This Monday, June 2, during his Con Maduro+ program, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, stressed the need to make a revolution within the structures of the governorates to ensure that they are at the service of the People.

“I told all the elected governors; I don't want to see them stuck in an air-conditioned desk away from the town (...) Less desk and more territory! Less red tape and more efficiency! and I would say more democracy! (...). We have to turn around as an average all the governorates and I will have the short rope of demand and self-demand,” he emphasized.

He specified that for this weekend, all elected governors will participate in a strategic planning workshop for the construction of the Concrete Agenda for Action 2030.

“All governors must have their specific 2030 agenda for action,” he said and assured that at this stage “we are going to deepen the Revolution.”

“Today we have a more empowered and aware people, and also moralized, we are at the best time we have been in many years to move forward to consolidate peace with sovereignty, peace with social justice, peace with good public services, peace with an educated and conscious people”,
