During a working
meeting with representatives of the 5 Generations of the Bolivarian
Revolution, this Monday the President of the Republic, Nicolás
Maduro, pointed out that the leaders who called themselves revolutionaries and betrayed Commander Hugo Chávez “dried
up”.
From the Boyacá
room of the Miraflores Palace, the Head of State recalled that “Commander
Chávez went out to build from neighborhood to neighborhood and from street to street”, a leadership that was
“strong, key, a leadership that broke with all the schemes, as you know, of caudillism.
Hugo Chávez is a long way from the caudillism he experienced in the 19th
century, in the 20th century and that he still knows a good part of that right wing”.
He stated
that the Supreme Leader of the Bolivarian Revolution also remained very far from the egos.
“How many egos surrounded and betrayed Chávez? And where are the egos
fueled by the bourgeoisie in their media that betrayed Chávez?
They dried up, dried up, defeated, abandoned and alone like the song,” he said.
