Héctor Rodríguez: 56,000 young people began their training as teachers at the National Experimental University of Teaching

This Wednesday 56,000 young people began their studies at the National Experimental University of Teaching, Samuel Robinson, to train as teachers, said the minister of education, Héctor Rodríguez.

In a message posted on his Telegram account, Rodríguez highlighted that 19,102 young people in the country selected education in the National Income System (SNI), which represents an increase of 4% compared to the previous year.

“Some 400,000 young people enrolled in the National Entry System to study a university degree and 19,102 of that group opted for Education, which means that interest in studying teaching increased 4% compared to the previous year,” said the minister.
