Héctor Rodríguez: Bolivarian teachers are committed to building the country's educational future

The Sectorial Vice President of Social and Territorial Socialism, Héctor Rodríguez, this Thursday, August 14, highlighted that the First Pedagogical Congress of Bolivarian Teachers has become a key space for debating and building proposals that strengthen the Venezuelan education system within the framework of the Plan of the 7 Transformations (7T).
The statement was made in the Sala Ríos Reyna of the Teresa Carreño Theater, where the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, led the Closing of the aforementioned First Congress.
Rodríguez said that for three days, teachers discussed fundamental issues in the National Phase, such as the Plan of the Seven Transformations (Q7), and the main problems and solutions for education to accompany the national consensus around Q7.
In this regard, he reported that three spokespersons were chosen by each educational institution, totaling 44,000 teachers who will participate in state and municipal debates.
He also noted that they discussed the national and international conjuncture, and took on several challenges to visualize the country for the next 10 years, the main tasks of Venezuelan education.
