In articulation! FANB and the Chinese community delivered supplies to families affected by the rains in Barinas

The Bolivarian National Armed Forces, in coordination with the Chinese community, brought food, water and medicines to communities in the town of Calderas, Bolívar municipality in Barinas state, which are in contingency as a result of rainfall.

This was reported on the web portal of the newspaper Úlmas Noticias, the commander of the 32-Barinas Integral Defense Operational Zone, GD Pablo Lizano Pimentel, indicated that businessmen from the Chinese community donated basic necessities that were brought by the FANB to benefit more than 1,200 inhabitants of three communities in Calderas.

It was also known that the Ministry of Transportation, Public Works and Barrio Nuevo Tricolor sent the necessary machinery to deal with the emergency in the Altamira and Calderas parishes.

Lizano added that it was possible to place the aqueduct pipe to move forward with the drinking water supply solution, while noting that “we managed to reach communities that are isolated, we have others to visit (...) In the coming days, the ministerial visit will arrive to move forward with the care that the population requires.”
