In these 11 years, Con El Mazo Dando, a program led by Captain Diosdado Cabello, has become the communication vanguard of the Bolivarian Revolution. Since it began until now, it has achieved great achievements, it has evolved to always carry the truth about Venezuela.

That is why, on this new anniversary, we want to share some interesting facts about your program every Wednesday, which reflect the commitment to defend Venezuela from this communication trench.

Here are some interesting facts about Con El Mazo Dando in these 11 years:

  • 514 programs on the air are equivalent in duration to 102 continuous days, which corresponds to 2,440 hours broadcast and 19,289 hours of technical editing.

  • To date, 13,864 videos have been made for the show and social networks, equivalent to 29,100 hours of production.

  • The first program aired on Monday, February 10, 2014.

  • Since its premiere, there have been 21 special programs outside the regular schedule (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday).

  • The first special guest on the show was President Nicolás Maduro in the first broadcast.

  • On July 31, 2014, the first program with an audience (Program 23) was held at the facilities of the Teresa Carreño Theater.

  • During the 25th issue, dated August 14, 2014, the segment To Remember Is To Live (Newspaper Library) was implemented for the first time.

  • Program 36 was the first to be broadcast outside of Caracas, in the state of Carabobo. Since then, 130 broadcasts have been made in the country's 24 states, with more than 46 cities visited.

  • The anniversaries were implemented starting with program 38, broadcast on November 12, 2014.

  • On June 10, 2015, the first program not hosted by Diosdado Cabello took place. Jorge Rodríguez moderated the 65th broadcast, with Víctor Clark as special guest.

  • On July 15, 2015, the first presidential pass was made for the 70th program. In total, 16 programs have been carried out with the participation of the Head of State through telephone contact and live appearances, being the most invited personality to Con El Mazo Dando.

  • On September 23, 2015, program 79 took place, the first to be broadcast from El Furrial, Monagas state.

  • In the 108 program, the billboard segment was implemented for the first time, on May 18, 2016.

  • Starting in 2018 , the program began to be broadcast live on social networks.

  • In the 143 program, the iconic #AquíNoSeHablaMalDeChávez tag was launched.

  • The program was sanctioned by the European Union (EU) on February 22, 2021.

  • The first time that the digital billboard was implemented was in program 473, dated April 24, 2024.

  • On August 7, 2024, during program 489, Diosdado Cabello displayed an award plate sent by YouTube, exceeding 100,000 subscribers on his channel, Con El Mazo Dando. As he predicted at the time, the social network closed his channel less than a week after awarding him the badge, with 155,000 subscribers to that date.

  • In broadcast 494, broadcast on September 11, 2024, El Bar 5 Letras was presented for the first time on the program.

  • The program with the most audience so far was 509 with 8,500 attendees, held on January 8, 2025.

  • The program with the least hours of production and technical assembly was the 510 program carried out on January 9, 2025, in just 3 hours.

  • In January 2025, two programs were held on consecutive days for the first time in 11 years, corresponding to broadcasts 509 and 510 respectively.

  • To date, 40 special guests have participated.

  • The billboard has been working 14,532 hours, equivalent to 606 days of production, since its appearance on the screen in 2016 to date.

  • The program has 95,162 km traveled, which is equivalent to 2.4 laps around the Earth.

  • To date, 156,915 notes have been published on the Con El Mazo Dando website, with an average of 65 notes per day and 1,308 per month.
