In May, CANTV restored services to more than 400 families in Monagas

CANTV carried out fault repair work in different municipalities in the state of Monagas to have a favorable impact on more than 400 families, businesses and institutions, during the month of May.
The work carried out by the company's technical crews included intervention at network points, for the resolution of cases registered in the 1X10 Good Governance System, thus re-establishing telephone and Internet services in homes in the following jurisdictions: Bolívar, Caripe, Ezequiel Zamora, Maturín, Piar, Punceres and Sotillo.
According to a press release from the telephone company, the service provided by the company also included the delivery of Wi-Fi modem equipment to more than 40 users, while work was carried out to connect the services to another group of 46 new subscribers who made their request through the VenApp.
