The National Institute for Socialist Training and Education (INCES) began a comprehensive approach to Transitional Camps with the objective of providing technical training to people affected by the earthquake of June 24.
The program, as reported by the Venezuelan News Agency (AVN), is aimed at people over 14 years of age, with no upper age limit, and includes the Productive Baccalaureate modality, which allows obtaining a bachelor's degree together with a formal technical profile.
The training offer, whose main objective is to provide tools for employment and community development, is deployed in an accessible way in Communes, Missions, Great Missions, educational units and work entities. To formalize the registration, interested parties must only present their identity card.
It should be noted that the programs are certified by the International Labour Organization (ILO), which gives international validity to the knowledge acquired.
