The vice-president of Communication and Electoral Affairs of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Jorge Rodríguez, confirmed on Monday that the Government of Ecuador suspended the voting of his compatriots in Venezuelan territory because they could not carry out electoral fraud in the presidential elections that gave Daniel Noboa a supposed victory.

Faced with the accusations of the Ecuadorian Government about the alleged theft of unused electoral material in Venezuela, Rodríguez stated that “it is the height of impudence. You have to have more face than back. After the gigantic fraud that not even the OAS (Organization of American States), which was there to support that, could support the fraud that Mr. Noboa committed in the Republic of Ecuador.”

He stressed that “there is no human or divine or mathematical or statistical way to hold these numbers. After evidence is beginning to appear everywhere of the fraud committed, that he said what he said about the Ecuadorian elections in Venezuela, when what really happened is that he suspended the elections because he knew that he was going to lose here and here he would not be able to commit the fraud he committed in Ecuador.”
