Governor Luis Reyes recalled that the results of May 25 were good for Lara's patriotic and revolutionary forces, but that by July 27 they must be better.

“We have to send the one who is out there to the dustbin of history, who is called falson,” Reyes stressed.

Agüero was accompanied by Governor Luis Reyes Reyes, outgoing mayor Luis Jonás Reyes and deputies of the National Assembly for the state of Lara.
