Marcano: The empire seeks to justify the invasion by accusing governments of drug states

The governor of the state of Anzoátegui, Luis José Marcano, assured that the imperialist narrative of accusing the peoples who decided to be free of drug states is a strategy to justify the invasion.

During the broadcast of the radio program Sin Truco Ni Maña, he specified that “this type of situation is not something that has only been tried against Venezuela. Attempts have been made against many governments, against many countries throughout history.”

He also explained that the United States generates these situations and then goes with an international intervention, in that sense he added that the idea is to generate an intervention against Venezuela, “ to generate an internal collapse and then an international position that in the end ends or intends to end in the domination of the territory and the control of natural resources.”
