Massive participation in the Fourth National Popular Consultation 2025 in the state of Barinas

Spokesman Jean Pablo Sánchez, of the Todos Somos Chávez movement in the parish of El Carmen, reported that so far the Fourth National Popular Consultation is taking place with the broad participation of citizens and the organization of popular power in the state of Barinas.

“A process has taken place with a large influx of people. The participation has been the result of the good work of the communal popular power organized here in this sector. We are in charge of 11 communal councils distributed in different territories and we call on all communities to exercise their right, because popular power is the one that rules,” he emphasized.

He specified that the electoral center of the parish of El Carmen has 3014 voters, of whom 1100 have registered so far, in what he defined as the “final plan” to ensure that the people choose the projects of their choice.

The Fourth National Popular Consultation 2025 consists of a mechanism of direct participation through which communities decide on projects with local and regional impact.
