Minister Cabello: President Maduro gives the instructions and the rest of us follow them

The Minister of Popular Power for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, during the Special Military Exercises, to strengthen the command, leadership and communication systems of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) and the Bolivarian National Militia, assured that in Venezuela there is a territorial defense organization in 5,336 communal circuits.

“The leadership must be unique, President Nicolás Maduro gives the instructions and the rest of us are carrying them out, according to the mission they give us in the political or military areas,” said Captain Diosdado Cabello.

He stressed that the Organ for the Integral Defense of the country are management mechanisms, a collegial body of the State that is present in each community with different tasks to carry out.

“The ODIs exist in municipalities and communes so that there is a Territorial Defense Organization or in 5,336 Community Circuits, where any command unit operation must have the mechanisms to control that tasks are carried out in accordance with the fundamental standard of communication. In communities, under any threat, this people, who know the terrain perfectly, in any situation must be attentive to receive instructions according to how the commander is giving them,” he said.
