Minister Loyo described Venezuela's historic fishing agreement with Suriname

The Minister of People's Power for Fisheries and Aquaculture, Juan Carlos Loyo, described the Venezuelan Government's agreement with Suriname on fisheries as historic.
“Today you (fishermen), on behalf of our president Delcy Rodríguez, have received a historic agreement, one of the best historic agreements for the artisanal fleet on a large scale for all of you,” she said during an event held at the Sail Maritime Port, where the president shared with Venezuelan fishermen living in that nation.
On behalf of the Venezuelan fishermen who live in Suriname, a spokesperson for the sector thanked the inclusion in the agreement.
“We will be eternally grateful for taking us into account in this agreement, which will bring improvements. We continue to work with the same love as always, like our Venezuelan culture,” he said.
