Minister Márquez on CORPOELEC: The workforce today is more united than ever

This Saturday, December 28, the Minister for Electric Energy, Jorge Márquez, assured that the workforce today is more united than ever.

This was stated at the Táchira Thermoelectric Plant, located in La Fría, where he held a meeting with local workers. Quoted by the national press, Márquez highlighted the capacities of the workforce to promote the National Electricity System (SEN).

“They have tried to make us look like enemies of each other and they have not been able to, nor will they be able to. The workforce today is more united than ever. We will be able to build up this company and this beautiful country,” he said.

The Vice President of Public Works and Services listened to and responded to every proposal expressed candidly and with the best of intentions to continue the work of strengthening the energy supply for the Venezuelan population.

The meeting was attended by workers from San Cristóbal, Mérida, Barinas, Caracas, La Guaira, Trujillo, Valera, Maracaibo and other regions of the country.
