Minister Molina: The goal is to create 5,338 Ecosocialist Councils across the country

A total of 1,199 Ecosocialist Councils have been formed in the Communal Government Chambers in the country, as part of Vertex One of the Great Mother Earth Venezuela Mission, aimed at organizing Life and whose goal is to reach 5,338 throughout the country, reported the Minister of Popular Power for Ecosocialism, Ricardo Molina.

This was stated during his participation in the Mass Formation course in Popular Planning, given by the Venezuelan School of Planning, in connection with the National Popular Consultation, to be held this Sunday, April 27 in all the country's Community Circuits.

In this regard, he stressed that ecosocialism is transversal to all the projects that the People are going to propose and, therefore, reaffirms the institution's commitment to supporting these communal approaches.

“We will provide technical support and guidance in socio-environmental impact studies free of charge, so that organized people can endorse their projects,” he said.

He also highlighted the importance of ecosocialist ideology as a transversal axis in all the projects to be developed, as they promote the satisfaction of human needs with respect for nature.

“This is the fourth National Popular Consultation to be held in Venezuela, which marks a significant step forward in communal planning,” he said.

He added that “unlike the first consultations, in which projects were randomly selected, proposals are submitted for this occasion, the result of a more structured collective work”.

“This approach makes it possible to give continuity to the selected projects, which optimizes the use of resources and guarantees effective execution,” he said.
