Minister Padrino López: Exercise Independence 200 achieved the optimal point of preparation for the nation

The Sectorial Vice President of Defense and Sovereignty, Vladimir Padrino López, emphasized that thanks to the efforts made, the optimal point was achieved in the framework of Exercise Independence 200, to prepare the Venezuelan People, the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), the Bolivarian National Militia (MNB) and the entire nation.

“Cohesion and union”, he highlighted during a day to review the tasks carried out during the implementation of the above-mentioned Operation.

In publishing a video on his account on the social network Telegram, Padrino López, specified that this is the verification of the 27 tasks within the framework of Exercise Independence 200, which was ordered by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, which began on October 08, and as of this Saturday, October 10, all 24 states of the country are already covered, with the activation of the llanero states: Guárico, Cojedes, Portuguesa and Barinas.

He, also the Ministry of People's Power for Defense, stressed that in this review he has verified the state of the territory together with the legitimate authorities elected by the People in each region, as well as the formation and instrumentation of the commands for Integral Defense.

“There, we reviewed all the preparation and potential that each region, both public and private, has to unite efforts in the area of comprehensive defense,” he said.

He also reported that the FANB is continuing its deployment throughout the national territory.
