Minister Villegas invited the call for the 2025 Venezuelan Theater Festival

Through the social network Instagram, the Minister of Popular Power for Culture, Ernesto Villegas, invited production teams in artistic works on the tables to participate in the call for the Venezuelan Theater Festival 2025.

“If you haven't applied for your project yet, this is your chance. Send us your proposal between July 8 and 25. Go to: www.mincultura.gob.ve,” he said.

He also indicated that the event will take place in two stages, from Thursday 28 to Sunday, August 23 of this year, throughout the country. While the second will be from November 13 to 23 in the city of Caracas.

The purpose of the Venezuelan Theater Festival 2025 is to promote cultural exchange between creators, communities and the general public. In addition, this meeting will seek to create a space for debate and reflection necessary for combative theater and an important contribution to social and political reality, so as to strengthen national identity through performing arts.
