Ministry of Health develops comprehensive day of care for indigenous Monaguenses

A multidisciplinary team of health professionals attached to the Ministry of Popular Power for Health (MPPS) in the state of Monagas treated a total of 219 people from the indigenous community of Morichal Largo, located in the south of the state, who received comprehensive medical care by the staff of the operation.

This deployment was attended by: children, young people, adults and the elderly, with the care of general practitioners, nurse malariologists, nutritionists and other services such as pharmacy and immunization, according to a press release from the Ministry of Health.

The approach was carried out in order to guarantee the comprehensive care of the Bolivarian Government with social and medical welfare on a regular basis in the area.
