The Ministry of Industries and National Production began this Friday its first training plan “Training to Grow: Building the New Industry”, designed to strengthen the pedagogical capacities of the staff of the ministerial body and to articulate the needs of the productive sector with the opportunities of the National Education System.
According to a press release from the Industries portfolio, in its first phase, 73 public servants will receive training in advanced office automation, with an emphasis on drafting technical reports, while 8 workers will complete their high school studies through the Ribas Mission. This training seeks to promote the competent execution of work activities in the industrial field.
The initiative is part of the Framework Agreement for Inter-institutional Cooperation for Collective, Integral, Continuing and Continuing Training, signed between the MPPIPN and the Ministry for the Social Work Process (MPPPST). Subsequently, it will move towards a second stage of sectoral specialization in September, taking as a reference the successful training models of the Socialist Cement Corporation (CSC) and Venezolana del Vidrio (Venvidiro), where a curriculum for industrial specialization is already being built.
