MINTUR activated schedule of activities on the occasion of World Tourism Day

As part of World Tourism Day, an agenda of national activities will be developed in the country, which begin this Saturday, September 20 under the slogan “Tourism and Sustainable Transformation”.
This was announced by the Ministry of Popular Power for Tourism through its account on the social network Instagram, in which it noted that the activities range from reforestation and coastal cleaning days that reinforce environmental commitment, to forums for papers and fairs for entrepreneurs.
“Each event is an opportunity to participate together in building a more conscious and inclusive tourism,” said the Tourism portfolio on the social network.
In this regard, he explained that this Saturday there will be a day dedicated to the preservation of beaches that will be called “Hands to the sand! Coastal cleaning and environmental awareness”.
In addition, on Monday, September 22, the program will continue with the activity called Time Travel, which aims to carry out a community tour throughout the country.
