MINTUR signed a strategic alliance with Nueva Esparta University

Through the social network Instagram, the Ministry of Popular Power for Tourism (MINTUR) announced the strategic alliance signed by the holder of the portfolio, Leticia Gómez, with the rector of the Nueva Esparta University (UNE), Jesús Alberto Ramírez.

They also emphasized that this Academic Cooperation Agreement between MINTUR and the UNE has as its primary objective, to combine human and material resources to promote the progress of the sector through training, research and innovation

The alliance also establishes a framework for collaboration to develop specific programs that will prioritize the promotion of scientific research and the development of technological and educational innovations in the area of competence of both institutions.

In this regard, Gómez stressed that the link with the academy is essential to generate the tools and human capital necessary for modern, sustainable and competitive tourism.

“We are continuing to strengthen Motor Tourism!” , was the final message from the authorities, who reiterated their commitment to promote economic and social development through the tourism sector.
