Miranda Governorate mobilized crews to serve communities affected by rains

The Government of Miranda State, together with the Mayor's Office of the Paz Castillo municipality, continues to be deployed in the sectors affected by the recent rains, specifically in the sectors of the aforementioned municipality, to provide care to the community.
In this regard, the Government of Miranda, in its account on the social network Instagram, reported that the coordinating secretary of Human Cities for Good Living, Elio Junior Serrano, explained that these crews carry out the respective contingency tasks that favor a population of 10,000 people.
As for the work, the removal of sediment is carried out in streams, sewers and ditches, as well as rectification of stream channels, street cleaning and weeding.
Among the affected sectors are San Vicente, Santa Rita, Mariche and La Vega. Likewise, heavy machinery was deployed such as backhoes, dump trucks, as well as hand tools, including picks, shovels, machetes and weed cutters, used by the workers who work in the municipality.
He also stressed that “we are deployed, on instructions from the governor, Elio Serrano, the Government, the Mayor's Office, deputies and the People's Power, all working together to solve the problem left us by the rains.”
For his part, the mayor of Paz Castillo, Víctor González, said that members of Civil Protection, Miranda Firefighters, Bolivarian National Police (PNB), Miranda Police and municipal police were also mobilized there, to ensure security and order, “we are still deployed throughout the municipality serving our people,” he said.
