More than 500 artisans and artisans continue in the Handmade in Venezuela Commercial Exchange

This Wednesday, the First Round of Handmade in Venezuela
Trade continues, held at the Simon Bolivar
Convention Center, in which nearly 500 artisans from all
over the country participate.
During the inauguration, the Minister of Popular
Power for Culture, Ernesto Villegas, stressed that the meeting is a
space for cultural exchange between national movements and State institutions.
“A space for fruitful dialogue that
leads to a sustainable cultural economy,” he said.
For her part, Aracelis García, president
of the Red Art Foundation, welcomed all the artisans and
artisans in attendance, who represent the artisanal work carried out throughout
the country.
The First Round of Handmade Commercial Exchange in Venezuela will continue until this coming Thursday. The invitation also extends to the private sector and to all those who want to buy handicrafts as a corporate gift, not only at Christmas, but at any time of the year, according to the Ministry for Culture.
