More than 520 families in Apurea affected by recent rains were treated with a comprehensive health day

A total of 520 families in the Gamero sector of Apure state, affected by the heavy rainfall that has fallen in recent days, were treated for a full day of medical care.
According to a publication on the Telegram channel of the Ministry of Health, the specialized personnel in this portfolio provided consultations in general medicine, pediatrics, immunization, deworming and environmental health measures.
“The main objective of this initiative, implemented by the Bolivarian Government through the National Public Health System, is to ensure the safety of communities in the face of any emergency,” the said message said.
