MP will charge a former prosecutor for charging a prisoner of liberty to “resolve a matter”

2 issued an arrest warrant against Mariangelis Araque Díaz, who
was acting as prosecutor of the
Public Prosecutor's Office for asking a prisoner of liberty for 10 thousand dollars to “resolve a matter”.
The order was issued following a complaint made by a
relative of the detainee to the newspaper Última Noticias;
and it extends to Rotceh Adyeren Vegas
Pineda, the lawyer who acted as an intermediary to request the prisoner of liberty for the above-mentioned amount.
Both women will be charged with the alleged
commission of the crimes of Delay or Intentional Omission of Functions and Agavillation.
